Return Policy

My goal is for you to love your purchase and feel confident using or gifting it. Because my shop includes both handmade physical items and digital products, the following policies apply:

Digital Products (Courses & eBooks)

All digital products, including courses, eBooks, and downloadable files, are final sale and non-refundable. Once access or a download is delivered, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Handmade & Physical Products

If you receive a physical item that arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or store credit, when applicable.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many items, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Custom Creations

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
